My greatest challenges this year is keeping up with everything. The way I like to think of it is like this, if you have surfed before you probably know what I'm talking about when I say this. Its like battling for a wave, but always being one step behind it, not catching it at the right time, paddling your heart out to catch it, but eventually you cant hold on to it any longer, and the wave carries on without you, and opportunity missed. My greatest challenge for me this year is my insane balancing act of a schedule, going right from school football to hockey, and getting home at around 9 o'clock at night exhausted with barely any time to do work. Having to use every single second of free time that I have trying to get all my work done. Kind of like a man stranded on an island, trying to suck every last drop of water out of his last remaining water source. But, my insane balancing act is tricky, but not impossible, it required the right amount of skills, and patience to work, but when it does work its flawless, and sometimes, there is even a little free time left over for myself.
What I realized is that, I'm not the only person with challenges. In fact, practically everybody in this world has to face lots of challenges every day, most of witch are much more complicated than mine. But, the way I see it, every challenge avoided is a missed opportunity for greatness to happen. Because, you never know what will happen if you take on that challenge, and what great things will come out of it.
